Joining the waiting list is completely free. You do not need to pay a deposit or subscription to register your interest.

Who should use this form

  • Woodwind and brass players: Any woodwind or brass player who did not attend Easter Orchestra Week in one of the previous two years.
  • Full instrument sections: Any player (including strings, harp, or percussion) whose instrument section is currently full or has no immediate vacancies.

How the waiting list operates

  • No upfront cost: No payment is required when submitting this form.
  • Seat allocations: Places are offered strictly to preserve balanced orchestral instrumentation as cancellations or additional section requirements arise.
  • Notification: We will contact you immediately by email or phone if a suitable place becomes available in your section.
  • Rates and accommodation: If offered a place, you will have access to our standard subscriptions, subsidised student half-price rates, or the young person rate (£450) based on your eligibility and room preferences.
